“Dreams are the reflection of our life”
Is it true? Do dreams have any connection with our real world?
??
You too must have surprised by the enticing world of dreams. The fascinating charming territory so similar still so alien from our real world, must have grabbed your attention too at some point of time.
The dreams we watch may simply be the figment of our imagination. Possibly they may not make any sense in our real world; still they are more real than reality when we are asleep. We live them and we are the part of them in sleep. Why are they so well connected with our normal life that even the strange plot makes sense to us as known world?
There are always some known part present in our dreams- some instances of our routine life, some happenings of previous day. The known unknown land of dream world keeps mystifying us more and more and forces us to believe even in its highest absurd elements. Does the disconnected and absurd part has anything to do with our subconscious mind? Or does it foretell about future?
I don’t have answer. Let’s explore a little. Usually, we don’t bother much about the dreams and forget eccentric parts soon. But Scientists and psychologists say that our dreams are reflection of our personality. These have some connection with our past and present life and sometimes have connection with our future as well. Many western psychologists and scientists have been working over the great powers of mind and dreams. Researches are working hard on the subject. Many Hollywood movies have been screened to solve puzzle of strange dreams.
In movie Inception especially, the concept of dreams was beautifully screened. It’s a story of dreams and their connection with different levels of our subconscious. Although the movie finishes at unknown note, It indirectly passes a message that our whole world can be an imagination of someone else’s- might be the creator's dream.
If we believe in the above concept then whole Hindu mythology will start making sense. The role of Brahma- creator of universe, becomes central and significant. This world is defined as an object of Brahma’s dream in Indian Mythology and that’s what the indirect conclusion of Inception. So is it all true? Are we living in dreams of someone else- someone very powerful?
Movie also talked about the different levels of dreams and subconscious. Dreamer can be a part of someone else’s dream. So are we also empowered with the same powers as of Brahma? Can we also create our own world? Or Brahma himself is the object of some other superior's dream (Creator)?
Can it be possible or is it only an illusion? Do we watch dreams or are we the puppet of someone else's show? Is it all true? Question is still unanswered What is the dream?
A Reality? an imagination? Or just an illusion? I am leaving this question for you to think over.
